Seven leaves folks as effective and energized as possible, all to create the best results for the people impacted. His company, In Search of Leaders, creates conversations about leadership and what it means to be a leader, which is what he imparts to his students as well. Seven is also the co-founder of Rare Founders, an events business and tech startup supporting the startup and investor ecosystem.
